I live in a deed restricted community so there are no fences between properties. Lots of folks don't keep their dogs on leads when they're let out. It's an electric fence or nothing. We also have Hawks that frequent the neighborhood. So, to let my cats outside would be a death sentence.

I used to let mine go outside and they would stay in the yard. I can’t do it now because I moved and where I’m living the roads are too busy. I wish that I could sometimes I feel so guilty.

my cats only go outside on leashes. stray dogs, cats, cars, and people can't be trusted. my babies are too precious. I'd never forgive myself if something happened.

1 of my 3 does. used to be 2, but one of them got an abscess that kept him at the vet for 2 weeks. the other does because he'd be miserable if I made him stay in. he doesn't get along well with my other 2.
