city worker is only "available" between the hours of 10:30am and 3pm Monday through Thursday. Friday hours are 10am to 10:05am. break and lunch times my vary at city workers discretion.

I was told that I had to get a permit to build the shed in my yard when I called the town, BUT the permit guy was only there on Tuesdays between 1:00 and 4:00PM. Gazing out upon my illegal shed as we speak
