What do you do for work queen?? :)

K :

For plane anxiety - Highly recommend bringing a lot of options - tablet with pre downloaded shows and movies , kindle ; small coloring book with markers , stress ball or fidget toys, and any kind of ginger candy/ chew and peppermint gum or sour candy

Try to reframe the traveling alone as a solo date, like your movie trips - get fun snacks, maybe a fun new cozy outfit to wear, save something you’re really looking forward to watching 💕
