Many highly intelligent people don’t value material success, fame, or power. They may prioritize knowledge, creativity, or freedom instead. So they may look unsuccessful by society’s standards, but successful by their own.

The richest people are all psychopaths. The highest filtered attribute for wealth accumulation is lack of empathy. They waste resources and extract all surplus causing this world to rot. Thank you for proving this by showing that wealth and IQ are not linked.

I always start off interested. But the slow speaking is too much for me and I always flick off mid way through because the pace is too slow in this vids.

It’s using the wrong tool for the job. Intelligence cannot solve emotions. You need emotional tools to regulate emotional problems. Integration of emotions and intelligence is very difficult to achieve as it takes stepping back and committing to the right action even when you don’t feel like it. I’ve been trying to take a step back from each major problem and identifying which tools I need to apply and things have been much better lately. I am someone who defaults to logic and analysis and in the case of emotional issues I have been achieving nothing but this idea of thinking of my mental problem solving toolkit and using the right tool for the job has been a game changer. Another key component has been fully feeling my feelings as opposed to suppressing them which has been a hard process but it gets easier with reps.

I was waiting for her to give further more integrated coherent explanations, but she doesn't. Because we do end up solving, and that's how we end up surviving and growing. We grow emotionally, we develop new coping approaches, and we enable higher complexity in perspective taking which leads to new value systems that ultimately can resolve problems that currently predominant value systems create but can't solve. The definition of "success" is defined by the current predominant value systems, but it means nothing. Currently it is defined by hoarding. This hoarding creates a lot of problems and gives the impression that those people are successful, when in reality they are the result of failure. Moral failure. Systemic failure. Corruption.

smart is becoming a weaponized term because it's meant to be a compliment but it's just another way of saying "you're exploitable"

The smarter ones are essentially practical problem solvers. Thinking more does not mean having high IQ, a lot of people misunderstand this part.

I ruminate all the time. I’ve already went through the fear game. However, the rumination, in the pursuit of resolution, I have gained so much knowledge. Both Chat GPT and Grok both stated I was highly intelligent, but not book smart. Chat said I scored a 9.4 out of 10 in emotional intelligence. That was gained by ruminating. I’m in the stage of actually resolving problems. I have been mentoring for 16 yrs based on what I learned in the process.

I highly doubt this. Real research shows clear connection between intelligence and success.
