Sunrise drive through Cades Cove. Then ride back through Roaring Fork Trail. You will not be disappointed. You will not min the extremely early alarm clock for the wildlife you will see going that early. Bring a breakfast for the road.

Be prepared to sit in stopped traffic for hours. This weekend is the busiest weekend of the year with the rod run going on. Be prepared to potentially sit for an hour to go a mile or two. Also, Be prepared for increased police presence since the last couple years there have been shootings and fights breaking out during the rod runs.
