@thestrongwomann: These documents have been submitted to public records and can be viewed by the public. This change order was based on a quote of what we MAY need to do. Based on the fact the contractor did build according to plans, this was the new substitute of work. However, after disputes, the contractor got pissed and walked off the job, this work was never done, it changed completely from this change order to bring it back to approved plans that the contractor deviated from. The lien the contractor files was for over 48,000 and unjust. He then submitted this number to try to cover his tracks for willfully inflating a lien. As you can see this CO and the lien amount do not even come close to one another.
