As a dermatology nurse please don’t use anti microbials on your skin!! Not only will it dry your skin out so quickly but it also creates anti microbial resistance which is a major health concern. Also your skin has good bacteria which is essential for keeping you healthy 🩷🩷🩷

Dont forget, skin bacteria has a normal flora. if you want to optimize it, heal your gut. Killing all the bacteria on your skin daily imo isn't good practice
