Chop baby potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water for 10 minutes. 2. Drain, pat dry, and place in a bowl. Spray lightly with oil, then season with smoked paprika and salt. 3. Air fry at 185°C for 15 minutes, shake halfway, then cook another 5–10 minutes until golden and crispy. For the Beef: 1. In a pan, fry the beef mince on medium-high heat until browned and golden. 2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until softened. 3. Stir in the tomato purée, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. 4. Add a splash of water to loosen, then stir through the double cream until smooth and creamy. To Assemble: 1. Once wedges are cooked, top with the creamy beef mixture. 2.
