the c50 just isn't impressive to me for its price point. a used r5c or the Nikon for sure. micro HDMI does suck. but it's $2200...... me personally? id go lumix s1ii LMFAO

I prefer the ZR since it has IBIS, pair it with an unintrusive primes with no IS making it a lowkey run and gun scout rig.

depends on what shooter r you, I shoot mostly opengate 4:3 on Lumix gh6, so c50 with it's full frame 3:2 opengate is direct upgrade for me. But yeah, Nikon have a video camera of the year in their hands, at that price, nothing come close. Name a better video camera come at 2k, none.

The Nikon ZR is unfortunately a bust. It should be bigger with a grip and have a full sized HDMI. R3D is cool with the best quality for that camera but it'll shoot 68OGB per hour. Let that sink in. The Sony's shoot ten times less than that. Yea but it's Raw. But is it 10x better quality? Not even close.
