This is just a cash grab. It was a paperwork error. There was no intent on dealership part and this lawyer is just looking to cash in. This shouldn't be a lawsuit. Ya it sucks but it definitely is not a life altering event.

Seems like the cops are also to blame. A reasonable amount of investigation prior to arresting someone would've prevented someone from getting arrested over a paperwork error.
