I make it to the whipped cream point. I just add salt instead and it’s the best whipped butter you’ll ever have.

It’s the only way that I make butter. And I make it in large batches so I buy the 64 ounce container of heavy cream from Sam’s Club. And then create my own butter sticks in my molds, different types and flavors. Best thing that I could have ever done because I can customize it.

yup my new thing is making butter my tip is keep squeezing because the butter milk will make your butter go bad fast and i mean really queeze it till all the butter milk stops coming out onto your wrists and it will keep
