@buffdiamondfit: Learn to mind your business. If you have time to comment on someone else’s body, you have time to work on yourself. Losing weight doesn't necessarily make someone healthier—especially if it's a result of something like anxiety. Gaining weight doesn't automatically make someone unhealthy. In the same way that being overweight isn't healthy, being underweight isn't healthy either. #dietculturedropout #deinfluence #mindyourownbusiness #bodyimagehealing #weightlosshacks

My in laws were so proud of me for losing weight… it was because their son was having an affair and facing 10 years in prison.

Someone at work did this to me recently. I’ve worked there for 5 years and when I started I was battling a severe anxiety and eating disorder and was in an abusive relationship. So yeah, I have put some weight on because I am HEALING! My response? “And you’re still ugly”

Mood Zoo :
I had an eating disorder for 25 years. People would compliment my body all the time but my body dysmorphia refused to see the body they were referring to so it made me even more self conscious and obsessed trying to live up to other people’s expectations of my body. And that was from COMPLIMENTS! I only complement someone energy, smile, style, vide, never looks especially not body or weight. People think they are being nice, but u never know what people are going through in their head

people are putting that out on the internet. I had a friend die from over working and not eating enough. he was looking frail and sick and didn't say anything but asked if he was OK.
