if you look at some of the videos. The shooter looks like him. He was standing 10' away from Charlie to his right. He was hiding the gun while he had his arms crossed and looking at the crowd. The flash from the gun shows it came from under his arm pit. and he was to the right which is where the entrance of the bullet went. Then he tried to run behind before anyone else did.
