In a mixing glass, stir together 1½ oz pisco + 1 oz mint liqueur (set aside). 2. In a hurricane glass, add ice and 1½ oz grenadine. 3. Add more ice, then slowly pour 4 oz orange juice over the back of a spoon to keep layers separate. 4. Gently float the pisco–mint mix on top over the back of a spoon. 5.
