I had one WAYYYYY up inside my nostril. It was massive and blocked it almost entirely. It fell off like 2 or 3 times during the pregnancy and then would grow back. It started shrinking after baby was born and eventually went away entirely. Never came back in another pregnancy. My doctor said I was a rare beautiful unicorn based on its size and location.
