for the girlies who need to hear this: healing is real. last month I was at absolute rock bottom, non-stop drama with parents, couldn’t get out of bed,bf of 2 years broke up with me, felt like every relationship in my life was falling apart, and I honestly thought I’d never feel like myself again. started binge eating and gained 10lbs in 6 weeks. a couple weeks later something shifted… little by little I started breathing easier, getting clarity, and feeling like I was actually coming back to life. If you’re in that place right now please hang on, things can turn so much faster than you think. one thing that really helped me was a book called Healing Isn’t Pretty by Mira Hartson.
