I learned going faster makes tricks easier on a skateboard . Don’t be scared of falling it’s part of skating and learning how to fall is way more important

You’re about to get some haters but I love mine. I only use 2. I gave the other 2 to someone else. BUT they do help. You have people say go on the grass. Tighten your wheels. Blah blah. I’m like but I have these. Why can’t I just use them in peace 😂 they really do help tho. Confidence and muscle memory for me. I take one off at a time until I’m down to none.

Make sure u try to learn the trick rolling after, I learned all my tricks in a crack and didn’t learn them rolling forever

For shuv it’s if you take the rear trainers off your back wheels still pivot for the shuv it but when you land it the front wheels will stop
