Pa is horrible with there laws there against the people. I’m afraid to even go to the hospital now.

How do you cross it out, when all forms are signed via an electronic key pad? You blanketly sign forms you actually cannot see/read. They have it on their computer and you’re instructed to “sign here.”

That seems unconstitutional but we’ve been saying that about a lot of things.

We're in PA. My husbands mom was showing signs of a stroke, they did nothing. Then after she had one it took them 4 hours to transfer her to another hospital.

I learned the hard way filing a malpractice lawsuit in Philly is much more favorable. I learned from you the importance of having an attorney with litigation experience. Wish I found you sooner.

Anytime you sign, ALWAYS PRINT EITHER ABOVE OR BELOW "SIGNED WITHOUT BENIFIT OF COUNSEL." You are legally stating that you signed it but didn't understand it. They can't prevent you and unless they're YOUR attorney they can't explain it to you. Why have the citizens of PENNSYLVANIA allowed these laws?

Bro, I'm worried about your safety, in New York and Pennsylvania there is total corruption in the medical field, entire mafias have already been created here, they especially don't care about immigrants

So Pittsburgh hospitals have been putting that into their yearly consent forms for years. I worked for one office for about three years and if any one refused to sign we were to treat it the same as refusing treatment and we would not see them. We were also regularly audited on these files to make sure everyone we saw signed the contracts. Basically only saying this to see if there’s advice around that. It’s been 2 years since i worked there, but thanks to insurance, they’re still my main health care source.

They tell you sign and then you can read and give you a 20 pages of 8 font styled pages. If you don’t agree or sign they refuse you. And everything’s electronic now and they say they won’t allow anything on paper for that same reason. For you not to cross anything off.
