@effortless.eats: RECIPE BELOW 👇 BUTTERNUT SQUASH MACARONI makes 6-8 servings gluten free & allergen friendly ingredients: * 12oz macaroni/elbow noodles * 1 lb/~1/2 large butternut squash * 1/3 cup nutritional yeast * 1/4 cup sunflower seeds * 2 cups (dairy free) milk * 2 tsp dijon mustard * 1 tsp apple cider vinegar * 1/4 tsp paprika * 1/4 tsp ground sage * 1/2 cup water * 10oz broccoli * chopped green onion * 2 tbsp dried thyme * avocado oil spray * ground black pepper * salt preparation: 1. preheat oven to 375F. 2. chop butternut squash into cubes. spray with avocado oil & sprinkle on salt. 3. roast for ~30min, tossing halfway. (keep oven on to roast broccoli.) 4. add butternut squash to a blender with nutritional yeast, sunflower seeds, milk, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, paprika, ground sage, & water. blend together & add salt to taste. 5. chop stems off of broccoli. spray with avocado oil & toss with salt & pepper. roast for 25-30min, tossing halfway. 6. prepare noodles as package/box instructs. 7. chop green onion. 8. add noodles, butternut squash sauce, roasted broccoli, chopped green onion, & dried thyme to a large bowl. mix together. enjoy! 🧡 #effortlesseats #butternutsquash #butternutsquashrecipes #butternutsquashmacandcheese #healthypastarecipe
