Chill it as cold as you can. Then either chug it or through a straw. Taste buds don’t taste as much when the liquid is cold. I thought the same thing my first time but then…colon cancer was found. So now i do it with a different perspective

I’m 62 and have taking a lot of colonoscopy’s and there is pills now for the prep 10 pills a minute apart and done and it works even better so good luck

You probably figured this out already - but toilet tissue is not your friend about halfway thru the first part of prep. Do not wipe - just pat! The Dude Wipes are pretty good too - but pat, don’t wipe. Everything will be kind of raw after a while. 😳

I get them every two years cause I have ulcerative colitis for 11 years now. What u do is go to the party store get jellow shot molds make ur jello(no red dye) then let it cool then mix your prep and put them in the jellow shot molds with the jello and then take them a few every hour once the jello sets (so this night before prep) it’s super quick easy way to get threw it you got this i believe in u!
