Can anyone else relate to this? This is what I make when I don’t feel like cooking dinner but still have to. There are so many nights I just don’t feel like cooking and I’m about to order takeout but make something like this instead. This is a Polish sheet pan dinner topped with beer cheese full recipe listed below. This made me feel like I was ready for Oktoberfest.😂 Ingredients. 1 head of cabbage chopped 14 oz smoked sausage sliced 12 frozen pierogis 1/4 teaspoons onion powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning @thegiadzy 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika Olive oil from @Giadzy Beer cheese- Ingredients • ½ cup beer (lager or ale) • ¼ cup broth @Kettle & Fire Shop • 1/8 tsp chicken bouillon • 4 oz cream cheese (about half a block, cubed) • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded) • 1 tsp cornstarch • ½ tsp onion powder • ½ tsp garlic powder • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, Optional is 4 pieces cooked bacon chopped. I use 2 in the sauce 2 for garnish. Adjust the liquid to your desired thickness. Preheat oven to 425°F. chop up your cabbage, slice your sausage and load it into a bowl. generously coat with olive oil, add in your seasonings and mix. Cook for 30 minutes at 425°F. While this is cooking create the beer cheese by adding all the ingredients into a pot and heating on medium heat. Heat until everything is melted and well combined. Be careful with the chicken bouillon you want to avoid over salting this. You can adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding in more beer or bone broth. To serve load your cabbage, smoked sausage and pierogies into a bowl top of some beer, cheese and additional bacon pieces. #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas #lazycooking #sheetpandinner #cooking
