This bloke’s not very smart. He says he’s paid the fine and he has the receipt but it’s in his car, yet he’s frightened that if the bailiff sees which car is his, it will be seized, but if he has got a receipt from paying the fine Then he wouldn’t worry about whether the bailiff seizes his car

🤣🤣🤣🤣 the bs these debt chasers come up with is hilarious. Learn the law folks they just act on bully boy tactics hoping you will fold. They can't seize nothing their debt collectors nit high court bailiffs and if no payment agreement has been made upon listed goods and chattels they can't seize nothing but will if you let them so don't let them. And if they take a vehicle which is not in the name of the debtor it is theft! Also they cannot by law take a vehicle if it is your work or is for a disability or on hire purchase. Learn the law folks.
