Wash and dry them, roll them separately in paper towels and place them in a paper bag…only way I’ve figured out to keep them crunchy

When you bring them home, soak them in water with some white vinegar for 10-15 mins. Let them dry completely and store in bag with paper towels. Mine last for 3 weeks, no slime

Wash right away. Dry and then store in a ziploc bag or container lined with paper towels. They last at least a week if not more.

I wrapped them in paper towels and then put in ziploc bags before I put in fridge. They do last longer

Dry off, wrap in a paper towel & place in an air tight container. It works with lettuce too

I make sure they are dried well then put in an airtight container with a paper towel inside. This buys me an extra couple days.

Don’t leave them in the bag! I think as Americans you are used to food lasting forever due to preservatives and you’re surprised when they don’t.
