Good products were what ultimately lead to distribution in the past because they were harder to make. Few people were capable of creating software products for example. And now, the barrier is lower, many can create products and we can create our own distribution channels through social media by getting attention.

Distribution. Look at how many AI meeting assistants are on the market. Product can be commoditized but distribution, sales, and marketing is very much proprietary.

If you really consider it, we need to revisit the main idea of finding solutions by thinking outside the box. Sometimes, it's essential to take a step back and examine our thoughts from different angles. Are we truly thinking outside the box, or are we stuck in a corner? We might need to go back to the basics, like we did in kindergarten, to spark creativity in problem-solving.

Distribution for sure! It used to be product but the landscape has shifted to distribution. The barrier to build a great product has been lowered. I think distribution will be at the forefront for the foreseeable future.
