On 14 March 2013, former Chief Justice of Nepal Khil Raj Regmi was sworn in as the interim Prime Minister of Nepal after the major parties of Nepal agreed to let an Independent politician lead the government and prepare the 2013 Nepalese Constituent Assembly election.[1][2] It was agreed that Regmi had to hand over the power to the new Government of Nepal which would emerge from the elections slated for 21 June 2013 with the amendment that Regmi would keep heading the government until the actual government would be sworn in.[3] Regmi appointed a technocratic Council of Ministers consisting of retired civil servants.[4]

KO xa ta eligible constitution anusar?? if u can raise an issue please pair it with a solution or else u are just a havoc creater. hamro situation is not normal we are on the verge of the biggest political instability Nepal has ever faced we need someone tos stabilise this asap. and sushila karki comes as the top alternative ho she is not eligible by constitution Tara this is not the first time this problem was faced there were currently serving chief justices that were included into the interim government because that was the best case scenario to stabilise and make peace in the country. Sushila is same as that. if the leaders that actually want like balen is not ready enough for this interim government we need to find people who is ready and know about this things. harka and kulman are good but they don't stand a chance at conducting an election nispakshyata mulak against these power hungry political parties that want to manipulate this election. we need her. thats not a desire that a need for now.

I'm not against her to be an interim prime minister. To be honest, I didn't even know her till yesterday. A constitution is a supreme law that we all should follow. Shushila karki who has worked as chief justice may already knew by herself that she is not eligible for this pm position. But why she is still stepping up? I want her to answer on this matter. If decisions are made without following constitution then what is constitution for? It's just a joke.( It's just my opinion)
