adreno 725 is basically underclocked 730 and it not getting vulkan for some reason, while 730 does

I woke up today and it won't let me use Vulkan anymore. It lets me log in normally, but with OpenGL. I already did the procedure again, and every time shaders are compiled, the game restarts.
