Avoidants are very NEEDY. Do not let anyone say otherwise. They only think they are independent. My Avoidant ex admitted to me that he was ashamed by how needy is. It's a trap of self. They need and then they push it all away. I am a super empath, he learned. 😔

They fear to open up.. because in childhood their feelings were dismissed, ignored, critisized etc. When I want my avoidant boyfriend to open up - even when I know it is minimal - I don't judge, I give him time to express himself. Bit by bit he is slowly opening up, he is getting spontanious, kisses me in public etc. I guess he is slowly enjoying his newfound 'freedom'. 🤗 A year ago.. this wasn't even possible. 😌

Can I just say… nine months in and although I am disgusted by his behaviour I don’t hate him. These videos helped ALOT. Once I was able to label the situation, I could now look for way to manage it. Personally I have chosen to no longer pursue or wait for him but when we together my energy remains light and easy. He knows he can no longer have me but I think he admires the fact that I don’t hate him for it!

Kasian jg tuh ya si avo.. sebagai empath maaf ya dlu pernah membuatmu begitu takut. Aku ngejar hanya karna pengen tau aja “kenapa” kalau seandainya dulu dia trrbuka. Aku jg gak bakal ngejar sampe akhirnya kehilangna djri sendiri. Tapi tak apa. Sbg empath malah gak enak kalau kehadiran ku menjadi beban. Skrg kita mah perti aja. semoga para avo bahagia yaa..

i suspect my korean ethnic, as a collective, suffer avoidant personalities. I swear, I give them so much love, and they see it as suspicious or freak out than embrace it. perhaps l need to whip them to show my love. lmao.
