I hate doing rants but this one triggered me just the fact that it’s advertised all over social media about getting the new super mario galaxy happy meal and its even in the app and I get there and “Joaquin”thats the employee name that helped me saying yes we do have them but we are trying to get rid of the old ones first so I tell him well can u switch it because thats what I want please and than goes and talks to the manager and comes back saying we cant give them out yet so I tell him why not its advertising on ur app and thats what im paying for we literally came just for this and goes back and talks to the manager again and comes back and tell me they dont have them yet until next week 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ not even a refund was offered all he said have great night when I literally Just took my super fan disabled son to get his super mario galaxy kidz meal cause he earned it that night and came back disappointed from what became such a salty night 😒 Delta CO #mcdonalds #complaint #badcustomerservice #viralvideo #fyp
