Problem is there all one big club. DA & Law Enforcment. We need third party Personel with no ties to the department to investigate police shootings. We need true equality.

The officer was definitely wrong for breaking in without a warrant. Just because he has a badge & firearm doesn't make it ok. He definitely needed to be held accountable.

I would argue that the officer was not performing within his duties if he was illegally entering the building. He had no justifiable cause to enter that building thus not within his scope..

I think its time we elect officials that will finally put some laws in the books to defend the rights of the citizens and laws that make so if an officer breaks a law they are automatically fired without the ability to be rehired. And automatic immunity removal

They should be able to shoot when it is illegal entry. When you are illegally entering and know it, you are not conducting official duties.

Cops shoot 2000 US citizens per year out of that 2000, 1200 are killed. The murder manslaughter conviction rate for a cop is .01% so we are led to believe that the cops get it right 99.99%. Say there is a 5% chance a cop is gonna get shot by a citizen, but he knows there’s only a .01% chance he would get convicted if he pulls the trigger first what do you think he’s gonna do US citizens shoot and kill 40 to 50 cops per year that’s out of 800,000 non-federal police officers so as a police officer in the US you have a 000.625% chance of getting shot and killed by a American citizen
