He might prefer choosing kids so he can easily control them. Anyways it's doesn't mean he is not a deep and beautiful character. He is a man who kills his realself, his humanity and turn to a monster so he can protect Yokohama. He feeling guilt so he tries to forgive himself. Elise is his only part who makes him remember that he once a human and has dreams before he become Port Mafia boss. Sometimes punish himself using Elise for what he done to Yosano and Dazai. For me Mori is deep, good written and beautiful character. That's why I love him and he has a good design too I'm not gonna lie lol Sorry for my bad grammer :')
