Yeah, she may have broken the law, but that cop is not supposed to pat her down with the front of his hand unless there’s a female officer present and there isn’t any female officer present or she should’ve been the one to search her. Him using the palm of his hand and searching her how he would search a guy could get the whole thing thrown out if she wanted to. I know I sure as hell would.
