I worked for a certain outsourcer in Glasgow who had a contract with Esure. Been 7 years since I left and I’m so glad I did. Only lasted about 5 months with them. Would never go back

Working in call centres is the worst what you’ve described is what I call little victories my favourite little victory would be asking if a customers fridge was running for marketing purposes and when they replied back yes I’d say well ye better go and catch it then and hang up the phone 😂
