In Nepal, protesters raised the Straw Hat Pirates' flag in front of Parliament as thenbuilding burned during demonstrations against the government. One Piece is not just the greatest story ever told its inspiring a new generation to rise up for their freedom and protest against corrupt governments. In fact, it has already become a symbolic threat to authority, just as the World Government fears it in the series. If such a government existed in our world, it would feel that same threat today. In Nepal mainly by Gen Z, the protests began last week against corruption, inequality, and the social media ban. Thousands gathered at Maitighar, waving both Nepal's national flag and the One Piece flag to demand reforms. This had happened earlier in Indonesia too, where protesters marched with the Straw Hat flag during anti government rallies.
