I had tried a similar practice to number one, where you close your eyes and look left then right - it didn’t do much for me. Last night, I tried the figure eights and it was … I don’t even know what adjective to use. Afterwards I started shaking, which felt like release. I felt grief come up, but was totally detached from it. I think I’ll keep going! Thank you 🙏
