I have pain on the lower side of my anterior tib, I run around 40 to 45 miles a week and I have been doing so for the last 8 to 10 weeks but the pain came on after a half marathon training block, after the race I took it down week and then came back up to my average mileage and then the following week it flared up not sure exactly what it is but it feels like it maybe could be shin splints, but it also runs down towards my ankle as well

Bro I got Chicago in a month should I push through peak week with knee pain and hope it gets better on the taper. My knee hurts for the first few miles of my runs but then it’s ok the rest of the run

Thinking I may have bone stress remodeling what’s a good remedy? I’ve taken time off (little over a week) and have been strength training as well as low impact cardio as well as icing when I’m not moving if I feel any sort of aching. Any other tips?

Can you elaborate on the bone stress remodeling? I thought I have shin splints but after that explanation it sounds a lot more like the bone stress. Almost like a weakness in my bones. No sharp pains at all.

3 sets of toe tap burn outs sitting with your knees and feet at a 90 degree angle heels on the floor to strengthen and a old cheer tip was grab a pcp pipe lotion the shins and rub down softly on the shins and a tad harder around the sides where less sensitive!
