I’m flying to Barcelona next week and I’m sooo anxious. I’m a new diagnosed and the panic I’m feeling those days is insane. For me the worst part is taking the car to go to work o shopping or whatever I can’t sleep at night because of the anxiety I have of taking the car and knowing I’ll have to stop and look for a bathroom the next day it’s a nightmare

I have severe Epi which is pain then urgency within about ten mins every time I eat currently as awaiting medication that only a consultant will prescribe. Does the prolonged Imodium bung you up for a while? I’m tempted to try that for my holiday x
