My grumpy old man always knew when I had panic attack because he would grudgingly come up and lay on my head while I was recovering from it. He would purr so loudly, I really feel like it helped. I miss him terribly. 🥺

I had these chronic migraines out of nowhere last year (don't ignore smthn like that btw go to a hospital) and I ended up needing spinal surgery 😅 but my Tootsie was acting strange the whole time leading me to my bed and meowing at me until I laid down with her. thought she was being a needy weirdo. doc told me that the only way to temporarily alleviate my symptoms was to lay down flat because every time I was upright my spinal fluid was pooling down and making my brain sag... low pressure headaches (yes it hurts worse than anything I've experienced) so I really think she was trying to help me by getting me to lay down 😭 "hey your spinal fluid sounds wrong get in the bed NEOW"
