For the people saying this is expensive: It's only expensive if you don't know how to shop. You will never catch me buying spices from a grocery store. Buy them at an ethnic grocer or market, or a bulk dry goods place. A tiny jar of ground cinnamon is like $7 at the grocery store and that is insane.

My biggest concern with cooking Indian food at home is that I’d finally realize how much oil and cream is in it and I’d get scared. When it comes from the Indian restaurant, I can pretend I don’t know

If you are half decent at cooking this is easy, the first time you tried a recipe it might not go exactly to plan but that’s just how learning something new is. All the people crying “this is hard” might confuse it with fast? But if you know the recipe by heart after a few times then it will be both pretty quick and easy. I think it’s a great video, I’m trying to get better at cooking Indian recipes and I will add this one to the list.
