need to add to this, going out to eat and litterally eating 3 or 4 bites and everyone asking if the foods okay. like yes its great, I still dont eat a lot. 19 years out.

I went to a team meeting at a restaurant and just sipped water. It encouraged to have great conversations. When everyone was done I laughed and said it was like the only sobber one with everyone drinking… you don’t miss nothing

That’s all I hear “U look great already” 🙄 how I look and my medical conditions are two different things. I will die earlier than I should if I don’t lose weight. I don’t care to have a hip, booty or breast anymore. It can all go if it means better health.
