What scares me is that nobody has actually proven that the afterlife is real. It's just our beliefs just like how others believe reincarnation is real. That's what scares me and I try my hardest to have faith, but it gives me panic. Do we literally just sleep for the rest of time?

i get that but then i thought...it would've been useless if we were put on earth,go through so many things just to see darkness forever when we pass away, there's gotta be something after life but thats what scares me because as a Christian we're promised eternity in heaven if we go to heaven but then again doesn't eternity sound a little tiring?
