Dinner
🍽️ Clear-Eyed Ribeye & Roasted Root Vegs
Ingredients: ribeye steak, sweet potato, Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper
Instructions: Roast vegs at 425 °F 20–25 min; sear ribeye 3–4 min per side, rest, slice and serve over vegs—sit with your feelings after eating.
