I was doing iso hold on my side for back pain, and suddenly after 3 month of doing them with no issue I started getting horrible nerve sharp pain that goes into my glute (not down the leg). never ever had that before. Any ideas?

Hey bro I’ve had a bruised feeling in my spine since herniating a disk in march. Do you know what this can be? I’m able to move fine, bend, and train like normal. But the lower spine feels bruised when I push on it for months now . How long does this take to go away typically?
