i always see people say to do this, but i swear my back injury happened after doing these. it's been months & my back hasn't been the same since. i'm terrified to do these again.

I was doing iso hold on my side for back pain, and suddenly after 3 month of doing them with no issue I started getting horrible nerve sharp pain that goes into my glute (not down the leg). never ever had that before. Any ideas?
