it’s the shingles! independence shingles were garbage, the had a seal problem! has nothing to do with being done in the winter. they also had a bid problem with curling. those shitty shingles have given me many jobs 🫤

Two things a it’s the shingle and B that valley was cut wrong. Water was getting behind those shingles from day one that valley should’ve been cut back an inch to an inch and a half off center.

3 tab is garbage, terrible work in the valley and it's not leaking because it was roofed in the winter, 😂😂, I was doing repairs in 50 mph gusts and all 3 tab roofs, shingles were blowing off faster then I could fix them

ive done roofs in the middle of winter and ive never had any problems at all, no leaks, no blow offs, if the valley was done properly then there would be no problems

I've put shingles on new construction at 20 below. my nail gun would freeze up after one bundle of shingles. never had a problem with the shingles. you have to make sure the shingles are pressed down firmly to the surface before pulling the trigger or the shingles will crack if they aren't.

the valley isn't cut right as well.. that's why its leaking.. an you can install roofing all year long every product has a recommended installation temp an a lot are around 40 fahrenheit.
