Our bodies regulate their own pH balance, and it can not be fully alkaline eg, the stomach needs acid to break down our food, but eating alkaline foods like fruits and veggies is still super healthy overall. From what I know It won't drastically change our body's pH, but it's good for us in other ways. These claims are a little confusing.

That is not true, Dr Otto Warburg never said cancer cannot survive in an alkaline environment and thrives in an acidic environment! What otto suggested is that the local environment of a cancer is more likely to be acidic!! this is because cancer cells use the anaerobic glycolysis path so produce energy, even in the presence of oxygen. They do this because this path is more efficient for their metabolic needs. So because this path has byproducts as lactic acid, he therefore suggested that the local environment of the cancer cells is more likely to be acidic! Not that it thrives in an acidic environment which is to say, it would grow more rapidly in an acidic medium, the same would still occur even if the cancer cells are in an alkaline environment. With this being said, what you're saying is not only a myth, but also misleading!
