She smiled and then cried saying she didn't kill her daughter and did not get a fair trial. In addition to her life sentence, Judge Jim Goodwin gave her another 33 years, ensuring she will never be released from prison. Judge Goodwin stated that at 69-years-old Boswell would still pose a danger to society.
