@julie.sahm25: This makes me feel like I’m failing. Nursing my babies until a year minimum is so important to me. But my supply is dropping so fast. And the milk in my freezer is gone 💔 I know it’s because I’m going through stress and I’m also not eating enough. I can’t get my brain to work enough to grocery shop let alone make myself breakfast and lunch. Thankfully we’ve had people bringing us dinners or idk what I’d be doing.
