It’s been only reason that I realize I had some sort of anxious attachment… I didn’t realize how many of these sites I actually had so thank you for helping me recognize them and practical ways for me to work through them at the same time 😊

So to be healthy, we have to compromise common courtesy, respect and the bare minimum to pander to them?????

its odd how Tiktok can be plagued by really unhealthy videos, but then something like this shows up. its a perspective shift that really couldn't have shown up at a better time. ill save this and watch it periodically as a way of keeping myself accountable for my own insecurities.

All of this if you are with a securely attached person. Most anxiously attached are with avoidants so things are not clear cut.

Realistic for them to respond when they can, yes. But leaving me on read for 12 hours then saying they were busy is not it for me.

I don’t expect him to reply immediately but it also shouldn’t take 12 to 33 hours constantly, followed by a bunch of excuses about being busy or tired or his phone died, either. 🤷♀

if you’re tired of chasing and ready to make them chase you the forbidden book The Dark Laws of Seduction by Caelum Noir might just be what you’re looking for but be warned this isn’t for the faint of heart

I love your videos! They describes it all so well 💯 and thank you for helping with that 🙏 that being said.. I’ve focused a lot on a lot of these different things and I can see how fare I’ve come over the last year. My attachment is very different, anxiety doesn’t control me anymore and I rarely spiral cause I can calm and rationalize my mindset and thoughts 💭
