@dralexgeorge: Summer is coming to an end… how are we feeling about it? I love the summer months, but there’s always a sense of relief as August closes out. Summer can carry so much pressure to “make the most of it” that it becomes exhausting, the FOMO on a sunny Saturday is real. That’s why I love September. It feels like a natural reset, a chance to slow down, re-focus, and ease into a new rhythm. The promise of cosy weekends, fresh routines, and Harry Potter marathons feels like exactly what my mind and body need right now. A little going to ground and recharging before the busy months ahead. How about you, are you team summer-forever, or are you ready for the shift into autumn and a September reset? 🍂✨
