Your absolutely right And use dove or lady speed stick I stopped mine back in middle school and I am 47 and it never came back and I still use sea breeze and my oldest routine from time to time

only 1 think worked for me and thats Hibiclens. when I tell you I went from question if I wanted to live anymore because of the pain to sleeping peacefully I MEAN IT. People will talk alot of people talk bad about it but it saved my life and continues to work
