I did it once, and the moment I detached from my body, there was a gist looking lady hiding and waiting for me, she wanted to get in to my body, I had to fight it & I screened my mom & my sister came, my body couldn’t move but I could talk and I was bagging them to wave me up or slap me, they thought I was paralyzed & everyone started screaming & it was the most scary thing that had ever happened to me, never tried again 😭

how do you mentally prepare for it cuz I came close but my mind freaked out and kept telling my body 'danger! wake up!' because it was afraid of that heavy vibrational pull/sucking sensation on my soul

It goes way deeper than astral projection or lucid dreaming. We are multidimensional beings having many experiences at once . Basically everyone in this reality exists in many realities as yourself and totally different people and other types of non human looking beings . There is a multiverse and multidimensional aspects to our existence. You don’t have to take anything. All you have to do is want to do it . Set the intention to do it and have no fear . You will end up going into other bodies you have in parallel universes . You can go anywhere with just a thought . What can we do this ? Because we are what people call GOD .

I had sleep paralysis like i usually do but this was one different i felt like a heavy vibration like something pulling me out my body.i was so scared i had to force myself too wake up.i don’t know if i almost astro projected or i am just crazy and scared😭

Sooo I get sleep paralysis SO often. But sometime my regular dreams are in a third person like that where I’m just watching myself, even the “soul” leaving my body in a dream and taking over another characters for danger or to help someone, or whatever reason.

I knew someone who astral projects taught me another way you can do it consciously is sit down comfy and slow your breathing down so much that it speeds up your heart and because of this you will start to astral project. He shared this with me because he was saved by a spirit in the astral when he had a near death experience that caused it.

I've astro projected 8 times all this year, my last one was on Christmas. I set an intention to fly in the sky and been shown where i need to be and what I should be doing. I did fly in the night sky surrounded by stars as far as the eye could see. I popped up im a magnificent room with luxurious tapestry and furniture. I was at a hotel or retreat and there was a crowd of people asking for a care taker. I usually set my astro projection up with breathing and Hemi sync sounds, this time however non of that, i knew i could do it just with my mind.
